Ted Sul
CEO & President
Ted Sul is a telecommunications executive with over 23 years of experience across IP networks, wireless systems, and mobile broadband technologies. He has held key leadership roles in global organizations such as Ericsson, LG-Ericsson, Redback Networks, and Cisco Systems driving major initiatives in 4G/5G development, packet-core technology, and large-scale telecom deployments throughout the U.S. and Asia.
He graduated from Chung Ang University and completed the Walton EMBA program - Project Management.
Carlos Reza
Manager, Project management
Carlos Reza brings decades of experience in business development and strategic growth, having led major initiatives for global corporations. He later played a key role in expanding a Silicon Valley tech startup into international markets and continues to advise companies on funding strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
As Manager of Project Management, Carlos oversees project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
A Stanford economics graduate, Carlos combines corporate expertise with a strong commitment to operational excellence and community impact.
Steve Suh
Vice President, Engineering & Development
Steve Suh serves as the VP of Engineering & Development, bringing more than 26 years of experience in wireless engineering. His career includes extensive work in engineering, research, and marketing at SK Telecom in Korea, where he built a strong technical and strategic foundation. He graduated from Pohang University with a degree in Engineering and continues to lead innovation and technical excellence within the company, driving the development of advanced wireless solutions.
Hyeok Jin Lee
Team Lead, Field Operation
Hyeok Jin Lee serves as the Team Lead for Field Construction, and has successfully delivered numerous projects, including Crypto Center, UNLV, and BMO. He graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Incheon Univ in Korea and has built extensive engineering experience across multiple disciplines over several years. His technical versatility and proven field leadership continue to drive the successful execution of complex construction and wireless infrastructure projects.
Dave Heo
Team Lead, Field Operation
Dave Heo serves as a Team Lead for Field Operation and brings over 10 years of experience in wireless and in-building construction. He has successfully contributed to major projects including UNLV, Town Square Mall, and numerous ERCES installations.
He holds a degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from Inha University and studied Engineering Technology & Operation at the College of Southern Nevada. Dave’s technical background and field expertise allow him to lead complex construction activities with precision and reliability.
